THE RED SWEATER
limited production drop 002: one of twenty numbered knits
Designed by me (makena :)) in LA and produced in small batches in collaboration with a family-owned artisan workshop in Lima, PERU. Fitted silhouette with rolled hems and exposed outer seaming. Subtly tapered through the waist for a naturally formed fit. I haven’t taken mine off and it’s been days!
Color: Perfect Tomato
Fit: comfortable true to size with stretch. if you like more fitted you can def size down.
Celia and I are wearing size XS, Sebastian is wearing size XL.
Fiber: 100% cotton
Care: Hand wash cold, lay flat dry, store folded
Extended Care Instructions: To preserve its natural shape and drape, hand wash gently in cool water with mild soap or a pH-neutral detergent. Avoid twisting or wringing; press excess water out with a towel and lay flat to dry. Iron on low heat if needed, or steam lightly to restore the knit’s structure. You can also dry clean occasionally for convenience. Store folded, not hung. Tangüis rarely pills, but if it does, gently remove fuzz with a sweater stone — not a razor.
