In the very rare case that your order is lost/missing/etc. Ur GF cannot be responsible for packages once they have shipped. I am a very tiny business (me). Once the package is in the hands of usps/ups, it is their responsibility. I cannot cover the cost or provide a refund. If you’d like to add extra insurance to your parcel, please reach out.
If a package is lost/missing/marked ‘delivered’ but not found, I will be as helpful as I can in reaching out/ providing necessary information to recover the package.
If your package is returned to me within the US, I am happy to cover the cost to try sending to you again. If it is returned to me when shipped internationally, it must be resent with postage paid by customer. It will not be refunded or cancelled.
If your order is damaged in the mail that would make me very sad. It happened once, the sweater literally looked like it got dragged through a river being towed by the back of the usps truck. I ended up saving it completely but it was an emotional journey. Anyway. This work is more resilient than you would think and I will try to save the piece if I can. Cost is dependent on each circumstance.

RUSH ORDERS
If you want to rush a custom order to receive by a certain date, I am happy to try to make it work! Please reach out to me to confirm that I have the necessary materials and can make your desired piece within your timeline. You can then proceed to add the ‘rush fee’ to your shopping cart and check out.
RETURNS
one- of- one Ur GF pieces can be returned unworn within seven days after received by buyer. Shipping is covered by the buyer and there is a 15% restocking fee taken upon your refund. Restocking fee may be waived for shop credit/ exchange only. International orders may not be returned. Made to order, customs, and sliding scale sale, and sample pieces are all final sale.
